In September 2023, the tech world witnessed a flurry of ground breaking developments in the realm of AI-powered assistants. Major tech giants, including Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and Facebook, unveiled new features and innovations for their respective AI companions. This article explores these exciting developments, highlighting how they are reshaping the landscape of AI-powered virtual assistants. 

Amazon's Generative AI for Alexa 

Amazon, a pioneer in voice-activated technology, made waves with its announcement of bringing Generative AI to Alexa. This enhancement takes voice interactions to a whole new level. Additionally, CPG brands are trying to employ generative ai in rather unconventional ways. Amazon is also offering sellers with ai tools to write product descriptions, serendipitously, this is the first thing we have started to work on.

Generative AI has opened up a slew of opportunities by reducing the cost of operations and making a lot of technology available to smaller and medium firms, especially with low IT budget, and effective use of AI tools will make them competitive in near and long term, may be make them bit more efficient and also save costs in some key areas.  

Our first iteration of the model would be live sometimes this month and it goes without saying that we would be standing on shoulders of these tech giants to pull off what we are attempting to.
